Our courses can be used as an aid. However, our purpose is not to prepare students for official exams. Our courses are designed to help students communicate with their family, friends and the Spanish-speaking community.

For Pre-Recorded Courses

We want our students to be happy with the product. If you didn't like one of our pre-recorded courses, you can request a refund up to 15 days after purchase no questions asked.

Digital products (PDFs, Audios)

Once you buy and download a digital product, if it's faulty we can help you replace the file, but as you can't actually return the good, no refund is provided for this type of digital products.
